ULTA SOCIAL TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose & Scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the UltaSocial platform, operated by Digituva. By registering for or using the Platform, Users agree to these Terms in full.

2. Account Creation & Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

  • All activities conducted through an account are the sole responsibility of that account’s owner.

  • Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing unlawful, offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content,

  • Infringing intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents),

  • Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software,

  • Spamming, creating fake accounts, or manipulative activities,

  • Collecting or misusing other Users’ personal data without consent,

  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or exploit the Platform.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant Digituva a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

  • Users are fully responsible for the legality of the content they upload.

5. Service Availability

  • Digituva aims to provide continuous and uninterrupted access to UltaSocial but does not guarantee availability at all times.

  • Services may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Users are responsible for their own content and interactions on the Platform.

  • Digituva is not liable for damages arising from User-generated content or third-party links.

  • Digituva is not responsible for any disputes between Users.

7. Suspension & Termination

  • Digituva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

  • Severe violations (e.g., illegal content, threats, harassment) may result in permanent bans.

8. Changes

Digituva may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become effective once published on the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
