ULTA SOCIAL REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund terms for digital services and subscriptions purchased through the UltaSocial platform, operated by Digituva.

2. General Principles

  • UltaSocial provides digital content and online services; therefore, refund requests are subject to relevant consumer protection laws, including Turkish Law No. 6502 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • Once a User begins using a digital service, the right of withdrawal may be limited.

  • Digituva aims to ensure customer satisfaction and reviews all refund requests fairly.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The User has already accessed or used the purchased service (e.g., premium membership features),

  • The inability to use the service is due to the User’s own fault,

  • Services purchased under promotions or discounts subject to special conditions,

  • Misuse of services in violation of applicable laws or Platform rules.

4. Refundable Cases

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The service cannot be provided due to technical failures,

  • A duplicate payment has been made,

  • The purchased service was not delivered as described,

  • Payment was received but the service was not activated.

5. Refund Process

  • Users must submit refund requests in writing to info@digituva.com.

  • Requests will be reviewed within 14 days, and Users will be informed of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Bank processing times (3–10 business days) may vary.

6. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, future billing will stop.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved before Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
